As some of you know…Kata is a passion of mine.  I was amazed when I was first introduced to Kata many years ago and truly believe that many of the secrets of personal protection can be found within the Kata…if you know where to look, what keys to look for, and how to interpret the language of Kata.

That is 18 Kata in all with over 400 Techniques.  This is an indepth study into Kata and Bunkai.
